Company founded by Charles Kushner.
1985-2006
Acquired and developed over 21,000 units across the Northeast.
2007
Sold a 17,500-unit portfolio to AIG & Morgan Properties for $2 billion.
2008
Relocated headquarters to Manhattan.
2010-2018
Transitioned into a diversified real estate holdings company, becoming a prominent NYC owner and developer across office, retail, and residential assets.
2019-2022
Expanded nationally, acquiring over 16,000 multifamily units across 14 states in the Mid-Atlantic and Sunbelt regions.

Opened and staffed a regional office in Florida to further expand in the region.
